Fees/Billing/Invoices

Training Fees are charged at the beginning of each season, or on September 1st for those registering for the entire year. Event fees will be charged after the event is completed. Travel fees associated with team functions will be charged prior to travel.

Meets, Events, Apparel, Travel fees, Miscellaneous charges like socials and fundraising efforts.

You can view your invoice by clicking here. Most registrations are charged upfront, however meets will be charged when completed.

Initial registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds and/or credits are only available during the first week of any given season

We do not. However, we do have need-based scholarships available for season fees that are vetted through an outside authority as well as the Samantha Cerrone Angel Fund to cover incidental swimming expenses like meet fees and travel fees.
