NTA Records Fall as Sharks Shred the Water at Northwestern

Last weekend, almost 200 Sharks brought the heat to the 2026 Spring Blast-Off, hosted by Wildcat Aquatics at Northwestern University! It was a weekend defined by fast water, massive time drops, and some history-making performances that left the competition in the wake. Our Sharks truly lived out the #BetterEveryDay mantra, showing that hard work in training translates directly to excellence in the pool.

🚩 Record Breakers in the Pool!

The highlight of the weekend came from our Boys 11-12 A Relay teams, who put on a clinic and rewrote the NTA history books! Both the Medley and Freestyle relays shattered standing team records:

  • Boys 11-12 A 200 Medley Relay: The powerhouse squad of Joe Kennedy, Tommy Johnson, Ron Livne, and Lincoln Tang powered through to a new record of 2:13.04, crushing the previous mark of 2:18.96.
  • Boys 11-12 A 200 Freestyle Relay: The speed continued as Joe Kennedy, Brandon Ko, Teddy Saviski, and Lincoln Tang combined for a blistering 1:59.57, surpassing the old record of 2:03.98.

🌟 Perfect Meets: 100% Best Times

Achieving a personal best is great, but going a perfect "100% Best Times" across every single event is a feat of true consistency. Congratulations to these Sharks for their flawless performances:
